Custom Orders Delivery: Your order should arrive in less than 15 business days after payment received if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. Our packages go out Parcel Post Mail unless you request our other services listed below.
Two-Day Delivery for items (After 15 business days met): If requested, an additional cost will be determined by weight and added to standard shipping costs. Your order should arrive in two business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Overnight Delivery for items (After 15 business days met): If requested, an additional cost will be determined by weight and added to standard shipping costs. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. Bedding Returns: Do not open bedding if you think you may return it.
We have a 30-day return policy. No returns after 30 days.
Custom-made orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
