Your order should arrive in two business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Overnight Delivery for Stock Items Only: If requested, $20.00 will be added to standard shipping costs. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.
Custom Orders Delivery: Your order should arrive in less than 15 business days after payment received if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday.
Our packages go out Priority Mail unless you request our other services listed above.
Bedding Returns:
Do not open bedding if you think you may return it.
We have a 30 day return policy for custom items.
Custom made orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Please contact us via email if you will be returning your order.
Please do not unpack and open your bedding, because we cannot accept returns once it has been removed from the packaging. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.
