SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery times are an approximation and will vary.

Standard Delivery: Your order should arrive in less than 5 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. Our packages go out Priority Mail unless you request our other services listed below. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless merchandise is damaged or defective.

Two-Day Delivery: If requested, an additional $10.00 will be added to standard shipping costs in your shopping cart. Your order should arrive in two business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

Overnight Delivery: If requested, $20.00 will be added to standard shipping costs. Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon Monday-Friday. A signature may be required and additional charges may be assessed if more than one attempt is made for delivery.

RETURN  POLICY
Bedding Returns:
Do not open bedding if you think you may return it.
Unopened stock items may be returned within 7 days of the order for complete refund.
We have a 30 day return policy for custom and stock items. Stock items returned later than 7 days subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Custom made orders are subject to a 40% restocking fee.
Please contact us via email if you will be returning your order.

Please do not unpack and open your bedding, because we cannot accept returns once it has been removed from the packaging. Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
