1. Do I have to order a minimum to be a stocking distributor?
Yes, we are limiting our distribution so we will be working with distributors that are a good fit for both parties. Stocking distributor orders are a one time order of 10 sets, any style.
2. Do you sell direct or do I have to buy through distribution?
No, our business plan is to work with distribution only.
We will work with designers. We offer To the Trade pricing to Design professionals in the industry. Please email us with your request. Our distribution is in specific markets, we remain committed to those distributors.
3. Can I order a different thread count?
Yes, we will always work with our customers to make sure their needs are met. Our goal is to deliver a product that is of the finest quality, however we will remain true to the Palm Beach Linen history of always being reminiscent of our days spent living on the beach. You may notice the consistent design theme from our Twin Design Team - Melissa and Melinda.
4. Can I order online with my visa card?
When you place orders on-line, and we will be notified immediately that the order is entered. We will contact you about your order to confirm your method of payment. We take Visa, MC, Discover or American Express. We can checks as well.
We can email you an invoice and at the bottom of the invoice you will have an option to pay with a check at that time.
5. Can you drop-ship an order to my customer?
Yes, we will be happy to address your shipping needs.
6. Can I order other sizes like Twin or California King?
Yes, just send us an email with your needs and we will have the sales representative send you a quotation.
7. Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes, let us know if your gift is for a male or female and we will make sure it arrives ready to deliver.
